MCM soft clay — modified clay material, also written as MCM soft clay or modified clay panel — is the decorative panel made from mineral powder and modified clay that sits alongside flexible stone and soft porcelain in our range. Buyers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Southeast Asia use the MCM name in tender documents, while the same panel appears as flexible stone, flexible ceramic, soft rock panel or soft stone in other schedules, so we quote against whichever term your specification uses.
Panels are produced in our own plant at 580 × 1190 mm and 1190 × 2980 mm with a thickness of 4–8 mm, so a carton carries far less weight than the equivalent solid stone order. More than 25 finishes are available for interior and exterior work — travertine, granite, split-face brick, wood grain and rammed earth — and the sheet stays flexible enough to wrap columns, arches and curved walls. The material is rated A2-s1,d0 for fire reaction and holds the China A2 and EU CE marks.
